I am big on customer service. Ilya and staff surpassed my expectations. From the minute you call them to the minute you get to their establishment - it was a great experience. I am new to the area needed some guidance oh what to look for when buying a shed. Ilya took his time and explained the process to my Dad and I. I will say: it's like buying a house or a car with all the paperwork, however, it was thoroughly explained. When the shed arrived a couple of days later- I was in awe at how seamless the guys brought the shed down from their truck and put it exactly where I wanted it. Just received my 12x24 shed from Southeast and I was very impressed. I can tell this building will withstand a decent hurricane! Not only were Ilya and Michelle very professional in answering all my questions for exactly what I wanted but they delivered it too. The delivery crew also did an excellent job in placing the shed exactly where I needed it and anchored it. I'd name them too but I can't remember their names. Even the sheriff department said it looked good! Now our exotic bird aviary can expand and we can make more families happy by providing quality birds hand-fed and hand tame.
